As of April 12, WPCS returned to in-person learning for students in kindergarten and those receiving special education services. Families were given the option to return to in-person learning or to remain in remote learning. To communicate with our school community and in the interest of public health, WPCS will report positive cases on a weekly basis among students attending in-person school and the WPCS staff who regular report to the building for in-person learning.
This information is based on our best data at the time as it is reported to WPCS and as we follow the guidelines from the CDC, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Chester Community Department of Health, and Pennsylvania Department of Education. Any questions regarding this information can be directed to the Kareem Goodwin, Principal/CEO at email@example.com, or Robin Dole, WPCS Board Chairperson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As of April 29, 2021, and out of an abundance of caution, the WPCS returned to remote learning for all students. Updates to the COVID Dashboard will be paused until such time as a return to in person learning is possible.
